Kosovo C project enters a new phase |

Today a 21st Project Steering Committee meeting was held. Main agenda item was introduction of key project advisors contracted to support PSC in development of “Kosovo C” project. Following the introduction of advisors, they presented their work plan, methodology and timetable followed by discussion with members of the PSC. Project now enters a second phase, preparation of tender documentation, evaluation and selection of investor. Advisors that will offer these services to a PSC are: Transaction advisors: PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (UK), John T Boyd Company (UK), and Parsons Brinkerhoff (UK) Legal advisors: Hunton and Williams (US), and IPA Energy + Water Consultants (UK) Environmental and Social Safeguards advisors: Environmental Resource Management (Italy), ELC Electroconsult (Italy), and CSA Consulting International Limited (UK). 31 July 2007, Prishtina
