Announcement The short-listing process for Communications Agency to Conduct Public Communications and Outreach Campaign for Lignite Power Technical Assistance Project has been finalized. Short-listed firms have now officially received the Request for Proposal. Deadline for submission of Proposals is May 16, 2008 before 16.00 hours local time.
