To AOL and Proxy IP users ?

We are very sorry that: For the security reason our web based content managment cant support AOL and IP Proxy users. AOL Users Can't Login or remain logged in to our Web based content managment for the duration of their Session.
AOL and Proxy IP users:
1) lose their login state
2) see "You are not authorized..."
3) ultimately cannot log back in after repeated attempts
